Morocco and Qatar lead public backing for Infantino as FIFA pressure grows

The heads of the football associations of Qatar, Morocco, Egypt, Mauritania, Lebanon and Sudan signed a joint statement on 13 August, the first coordinated public declaration of confidence in Infantino by a group of national associations since three confederations turned on him.
